Pelatihan Pengemasan Paket Barang Kiriman untuk Jenis Barang Mudah Pecah di Desa Sukajadi Bogor

In today's digital era, doing business is getting easier. The one of the potential sectors in tourism
villages that must be encouraged is Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). The finished
product should be received in good condition. Therefore the packaging of goods plays a key role in
realizing customer satisfaction. Some goods must be packaged with special treatment. This
applies to items that are easily broken or damaged (fragile items). Many MSMEs in Sukajadi
Village, Bogor Regency produce food products that are classified as fragile goods and serve
online purchases. Therefore, training is needed related to demonstrating the detailed steps
in packaging goods. The training was carried out for one day for home-based MSMEs in
Sukajadi Village, Bogor Regency. A good understanding of the process of packaging the
shipment of goods in accordance with the provisions will reduce the risk of damage to goods
during the shipping process (cargo handling). The use of packaging materials, packaging
methods and also presenting signs and labels are important things that must be considered.
After that, in the future, MSMEs are expected to be able to do product packaging better so
as to minimize the risk of loss, reduce consumer complaints, and increase consumer
satisfaction.
